Art de Vie is a Parisian house that brings together three trades: concierge, events and artist management. Our team works from a single address, on avenue de Wagram. Our requests, however, regularly take us to Monaco, Miami or Morocco.
This move from Paris to the international stage owes nothing to opening offices abroad. We followed our clients, whose lives do not stop at the city limits, without changing our team or our rules. This article looks back at that journey, and at its limits.
Ten years in the field in Paris before the first request
Art de Vie is first the story of four partners, bound by friendship and by ten years of shared experience in hospitality and Paris nightlife. Those years teach a trade that appears in no manual: knowing whom to call, at what time, and how to phrase the request.
The starting point was a simple observation. Everyone around us kept running into the same closed doors: a sold-out concert, a restaurant with no table, a chauffeur to find within the hour. Concierge services existed, but they still carried the image of something elitist and a little dusty.
We had an address book built over a decade in the field, and the habit of unlocking situations that seemed closed. What remained was to turn this into a service, with clear rules and follow-up through to the end of every request.
Art de Vie, one house and three divisions
Concierge is the house’s main division. It serves professional athletes, entrepreneurs, artists and their families, as well as clubs and companies. Two other divisions complete it, each with its own scope.
- Concierge: travel, access, everyday life, relocation, health and security, gifts. From Paris, anywhere in the world.
- Events: private evenings, brand events, sports hospitality, showcases, seminars. Anywhere in France and, on request, abroad.
- Management: booking, technical riders, logistics and career direction for five artists. France and Europe.
The three divisions work together. The artists we manage perform at the events we organise, and the concierge team handles their travel and their stays.
The four principles that hold it all together
Four principles guide every request, whatever the division:
- Fluidity: anticipating needs and simplifying every step, so that the client never has to chase;
- Precision: an attention to detail that shows in a time, an address, a name on a list;
- Discretion: a non-disclosure agreement signed by the whole team, and information that goes no further;
- Durability: relationships built to last, with clients as with providers.
These principles remain fairly abstract as long as you work in your own city, where you know the places and the people. They are put to the test as soon as a request lies a thousand kilometres away.
Paris, the base for everything else
Our head office is at 58 avenue de Wagram, in the 17th arrondissement, and our most visible references are in Paris. We are the official concierge of Paris Basketball: the club entrusts us with the everyday lives of its players and staff. This ranges from restaurant bookings to family transfers, by way of childcare and home maintenance.
The club offers this service to its players so that they can focus on basketball and on their family life. Sport Buzz Business described the arrangement in January 2026 (in French).
On the brand side, we supported Spotify and Yard at the Spotify Wrapped 2025 event, taking charge of transport. For a guest, the journey is part of the evening, just like the venue or the line-up. It is prepared with the same care.
Paris matters because this is where we built our address book. A client on the move then expects the same standard of response as at home.
From Paris to the international stage: following our clients
It was our clients who took us beyond Paris. A professional player spends part of the season on the road. In 2025-2026, Paris Basketball’s EuroLeague schedule opened with an away game at Fenerbahçe, in Istanbul. A DJ on our roster performs in France and across Europe, and an executive rarely chooses the city of their next meeting.
A request that begins in Paris therefore often ends somewhere else, and we have made a habit of following it. Today, our work takes us through Paris, Monaco, Miami and Morocco.
An example: the 2025 Monaco Grand Prix
From 23 to 25 May 2025, we organised the entire weekend for clients who had come for the Grand Prix. The work covered:
- arrivals and departures;
- chauffeur-driven transfers;
- accommodation in Monaco;
- access to a terrace overlooking the circuit;
- bookings at restaurants on the Riviera;
- coordination of the evenings.
None of these lines is spectacular on its own. The difficulty lies in holding them together for three days, in a city whose streets become a racetrack. The client should not have to deal with anything.
What changes away from Paris
In Paris, we know the places. Elsewhere, we rely on local providers, chosen by the same rule: our recommendations are independent, and no commission ever shapes our choices.
The team works in French, English, Spanish and Portuguese, which means we speak directly with clients and providers alike. The quality of our response does not vary from one country to another.
What international does not mean
The word may suggest a network of offices, whereas our only address is in Paris. It is better to be clear about what we do and what we do not:
- The scope depends on the division. Our concierge team responds anywhere in the world. Events abroad are put together on request, and the Management division books its artists in France and Europe.
- We go through official channels. For boxes as for tickets, we never use resale.
- Short notice means fewer options. For a major sporting event, accommodation and access are booked several months in advance.
- Confidentiality does not depend on the country. The agreement signed by the team applies to every request, wherever it takes place.
These limits are part of the service. A client would rather hear early that an option no longer exists than discover it the day before departure.
Art de Vie in figures
The figures below are the ones we publish on our website, as of October 2026:
- more than 100 clients supported;
- more than 50 experiences created;
- more than 300 artist bookings a year;
- 5 artists represented;
- 10 years of combined experience within the team;
- 4 working languages.
Conclusion
Art de Vie went from Paris to the international stage without changing its method. The same team responds, with the same rules of discretion and the same standards. It makes no difference whether the request concerns a table in the 8th arrondissement or a weekend in Monaco. What comes next will depend on our clients, just as the beginning did.
