Data controller
Art de Vie, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of 100 euros, whose registered office is located at 58 avenue de Wagram, 75017 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 988 132 866. For any question about your data: contact@artdevie.co.
Data collected
We only collect the data you voluntarily send us through the website’s forms: name, contact details, profile (individual, club, company), organisation, information about your request (date, venue, number of guests, sport, club…) and the content of your message. Fields marked as required are needed to handle your request; the others are optional. We never ask you for health data, identity documents or bank details through these forms.
Purposes and legal bases
This data is used to respond to your request, contact you again and prepare a possible proposal. This processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request and, failing that, on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us. Only non-essential cookies, for audience measurement and advertising, are based on your consent. We never sell your data and do not pass the content of your requests on to advertising networks.
Recipients
Your data is accessible only to the members of the Art de Vie team responsible for handling your request, all of whom are bound by a confidentiality undertaking. It passes through our technical service providers (website and form hosting, customer relationship management tools), who act on our instructions. If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is passed to Brevo, a French provider that handles the sending; every email contains an unsubscribe link. If you accept the corresponding cookies, browsing data is also collected by Google Ireland Limited (audience measurement), Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (advertising).
Transfers outside the European Union
Some of our service providers are based in the United States, including Webflow, Inc., which hosts the website and its forms, as well as our management tools. Data collected through cookies may also be transferred to the United States by Google, Meta and LinkedIn. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the European regulation (EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
Retention periods
Data from a request that does not go ahead is kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted. If you become a member, it is kept for the duration of the relationship; when it ends, everything relating to your preferences and private life is erased within three months, and only contractual and billing data is kept for five years.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to set instructions regarding what happens to your data after your death. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@artdevie.co; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Cookies
The website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function and, only with your consent, two categories of cookies. Audience measurement: Google Analytics, which helps us understand how the site is used and which enquiries it generates. Advertising and social media: the Meta pixel (Facebook, Instagram) and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which allow us to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and to present our services, on those platforms, to people who have visited the site. These tools record the pages viewed and the fact that an enquiry was sent. Your choice is collected through a banner on your first visit, category by category: until you accept, none of these cookies is placed, and refusing is as easy as accepting. These cookies are kept for a maximum of 13 months. You can change your choice at any time through the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Our members’ sensitive documents never pass through the website’s forms, but through a dedicated secure space.
