Your preferences are accessible only to the concierges who look after you. We record only what is needed to deliver; for health, never a medical history.

A non-disclosure agreement for the whole team and for everyone who works in your home, whose background is checked beforehand.
A clean exit
If you leave us, everything relating to your preferences and private life is erased within three months.

How do I become a member of the Art de Vie concierge?
It all begins with a conversation. We take the time to understand your pace, your household and your habits, then propose the right plan.
How much does concierge membership cost?
Terms are shared after that first conversation: they depend on the plan you choose. The services themselves are paid directly to providers.
Who is covered by my membership?
Your household: you, your spouse and your minor children. Beyond that, we offer a dedicated extension.
Can I end my membership?
Membership runs for one year and renews automatically. You can end it with thirty days’ notice before the renewal date; we write to you in advance to remind you.
